This project saw the existing 2 bedroom 1 bathroom heritage listed house get renovated & a major extension added to the rear of the house of it bringing the new home to a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 study & duel living areas.
This project saw the restoration of the existing heritage house including the brick fireplace that is still operational back to its former glory. While adding a very elegant Queenslander style extension to the rear of the existing house.
Significant earthworks were completed to have a beautiful large swimming pool and a great usable back yard space for the kids & family alike.
A very intricate & rewarding project.
